Depending on the project, our planning process may include:

Job hazard analysis (JHA/JSA)
Lift planning and load review
Site access and logistics review
Coordination with other trades and site supervision
This planning allows us to anticipate challenges before they become problems.
Equipment Safety & Maintenance
We maintain our equipment to meet or exceed manufacturer recommendations and applicable regulations.
Our approach includes:
Routine inspections and maintenance
Documented inspection records
Equipment removed from service when deficiencies are identified
Compliance with applicable OSHA and DOT requirements
Well-maintained equipment is a critical part of a safe lift — and we take that responsibility seriously.
Compliance & Documentation
Required documentation and insurance are maintained to support commercial, industrial, and public-sector projects, including:
Certificates of insurance (COIs) available upon request
Safety documentation and employee training records
Equipment inspection and maintenance documentation
The team is experienced working within contractor, owner, and site-specific compliance programs and understands the documentation requirements these projects demand.
